The square footage to be cleaned is key to giving an accurate estimate. We will need this information to determine the length of cleaning, supplies needed, and scheduling.

Multiply length x width to find the number of square feet in a square or rectangular room. For example, if you have a room that is 10 feet x 10 feet, the total square footage for this room is 100 square feet. Remember to calculate unfinished areas and deduct them from the total.

Some homes include a basement or attic area. Clients may want this area cleaned each visit, or "on request". If your basement is unfinished, remember to deduct the square footage. *This question serves as a reminder to you and to our office staff in order to provide an accurate estimate. Wood and laminate floors are becoming the standard in today's homes. Most homes can be found with wood floors in kitchen, dining and entry areas. If your home has extensive wood flooring on the main level or throughout the home, VeraClean will take the time to detail your flooring.

Tile floors can typically be found in bathroom and laundry areas. Tile floors entail more detail due to grout lines. If your home has extensive tile flooring on the main level, let us know so we can properly prepare our teams.

Carpeted areas that are maintained on a regular basis do not require additional time. Carpet edges are maintained on a rotation basis to ensure quality cleaning. Our HEPA filter vacuums will remove more mold, dust, bacteria and airborne particles.
